Ibraco launches new Renna Residence apartment at The NorthBank this weekend
KUCHING: Ibraco welcomes the reopening of Sarawak with the official launch of the Renna Residence at NorthBank here today and tomorrow.
Renna Residence is the second high-rise apartment to be unveiled at The NorthBank following the launch of the highly successful Avona Residence last year.
The 13-level apartment has a total of 296 units of single, double, triple and double accommodation types.
The Northbank has a full range of onsite facilities that will make it a self-contained community, combining retail and commercial space with residential space.
Self-contained community facilities include the large international school Tunku Putra-HELP and a hospital, the Northbank Specialist Hospital.
Tunku Putra-HELP School is one of the first international schools in Kuching.
Now housed in a purpose-built building, equipped with the latest educational technologies, the school welcomes more than 600 students of all ages, in national and international fields.
Already a school established by Apple, distinguished for its innovation, and an ecological school, the institution pursues a model of holistic education to reflect its location.
The eight-story NorthBank Specialty Hospital will be a one-stop-shop medical center, housing specialist physicians and healthcare professionals who provide 24-hour health and wellness care to NorthBank residents and clients.
The hospital even has a roof garden to help patients with their healing process. The hospital is expected to be completed in 2023.
The NorthBank Clubhouse offers the perfect space for a private meeting location. The clubhouse houses the lounge and cafeteria, reception rooms, a multi-purpose hall with indoor badminton courts, a well-equipped gym with fitness room, an indoor play area and games room, a swimming pool and a 50 m children’s pool and outdoor sports fields.
The Clubhouse’s exercise and leisure potential extends to the outdoor environment. The integration aims to reduce congestion and thus The Northbank actively anticipates foot traffic.
Cycling and jogging paths merge into tree-lined avenues, a linear walkway and a water park in vast green spaces.
Part of The NorthBank’s green environment includes the Riverfront Walk, and one such walk can be found along the vast expanse of the Renna Residence.
The resort themed life with Heavenly Gardens features fully covered parking lots, with a selection of electric car charging stations and facilities covering the needs of children, families, as well as those looking for of a healthy or fun lifestyle.
NorthBank ticks all the right boxes – location, environment, neighborhood and safety – for a liveable township.
It creates integration on a remarkable scale – the key to the success of its holistic master plan, guiding commercial, commercial and residential occupation together as an interconnected whole.
It is a commune of a new kind, with all the space of the suburbs and all the amenities and connectivity of the city center.
It sits along the main road link between Samarahan and Kuching, allowing quick access to the rest of the city, the advancing Pan-Borneo Highway and even the airport and the world beyond.
It is also close to major universities in Sarawak and with a proposal for an Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) system in preparation to link Samarahan to downtown Kuching.
NorthBank’s master plan includes the full range of residential property types – high-rise apartments, townhouses, townhouses and its share of luxury housing.
The Renna Residence exhibit unit is available this weekend at the Ibraco Gallery, The NorthBank, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but all visitors are advised to adhere to the SOPs in place. Visitors can call Ibraco on 082-361111 for more information.
